Welcome
Your hair journey starts before you enter the salon. I am now accepting text consultations (832-626-6424) as well as in-person consultations for extension services to ensure a seamless booking process. My goal is to get you into the chair as barrier-free as possible. Upon booking, you’ll receive an immediate confirmation email and text, pre-appointment tips and information a week prior, and, a few days before your appointment, another confirmation email and a reminder to ensure a smooth session.
The Experience
As we start the service, I invite you to do anything that will make your time in my chair more enjoyable. Whether you’d like to chat, read a book, listen to music with your headphones, or work on your laptop or phone, the choice is yours. My goal is for you to feel my salon is a retreat, so please take this time for yourself. When we wrap up, I will guide you on how maintain your style, offer product recommendations, and explain proper upkeep. I take pride in being transparent with each guest about what to expect after their appointment and creating a long term gameplan.
Upon Arrival
St. Cloud is a quaint historic salon in the charming Old Sixth Ward of Houston, Texas. I share this boutique space with my talented friends, Nydia, Morgan, and Rebecca. We have a four-car parking lot behind the building, and free parallel parking is available on the surrounding streets. Inside, you can relax in our waiting area until you're greeted, enjoying a variety of beverages like sparkling, wine, coffee, soda, and tea, along with a rotating snack basket. Feel free to bring or order your own snacks and drinks as well. Once you’re settled and draped, we’ll go over our game plan to address any questions or concerns before starting your service. Only once we’re aligned will we proceed.

What should I do if I don't find a time online that works for my schedule?
My booking is open 60 days in advance. So keep looking if you're not seeing a day or time that works for you as my days open up periodically. My booking site also allows you to add yourself to the waitlist on days and times that work best for you. I highly recommend utilizing this feature for multiple days and times that work best for you. This way, if a time opens up - I will be able to reach out to you to confirm your appointment.
How much is extension maintenance?
Almost always, your first appointment will require more consultation time, application time, and product used. The install price will refelct that. During our consultaion I will provide personalized pricing to your specific needs. Wefts typically need move ups every 4-6 weeks at $125 a row. Keratin bonds typically need to be removed every 3-5 months and require a refill or new install each time.
Why does your New Guest menu not include the service I'm looking for?
I am an extension and lived in color specialist, so my services reflect that. I am not currently offering stand alone haircuts and only offer them in conjunction with my specialty services to create your desired look.
